Jennifer Groff recently published her chapter "The Conflicted Brain: The Impact of Modern Technologies on Our Cognition and How Arts Education can be the Keystone to Whole-Mindedness" in the anthology 20Under40: Reinventing the Arts and Education for the 21st Century—a book highlighting 20 influential thinkers and leaders in arts and education.
Alumnus Michael Patte, will co-edit a new Taylor & Francis journal titled The International Journal of Play beginning in the spring of 2012.
Alumna Katherine Pearson, Professor of Law at Penn State University, recently published The Law of Financial Abuse and Exploitation. The book features a court case, Carroll vs. Carroll, studied during her Fulbright year in Belfast
Alumnus Matthew Hall's master's thesis from his Fulbright year was recently published in The Viola da Gamba Society Journal (Winter, 2010). It is titled "Charles Dieupart's Six Suittes (1701/2) and the en concert performance tradition" and casts new light on the historical development of chamber music during the period ca. 1670–1750.
