As a US Fulbright Scholar in the UK, you will have access to a number of institutions and organisations. The Commission will endeavour to open doors for you and provide opportunities that other students will not have. During your Fulbright Year, you will receive free membership with the RSA.
Founded in 1754 by William Shipley, today the RSA is an independent, non-aligned, multi-disciplinary registered charity with over 20,000 Fellows which encourages sustainable economic development and the release of human potential. The RSA is based in London, in an eighteenth century building that was specially designed for the organization by Robert Adam and opened in 1774. Positioned in John Adam Street, between the Strand and the Embankment, it is two minutes' walk from Charing Cross station. The RSA has a significant series of events, organising over 100 each year.
