Fulbright Project: Analysis and Practical Application of Hydra Simulation Systems, National Police Leadership Centre, Bramshill

Sergeant II Timothy J. Kalkus was born and raised in Bolton, and graduated from Norwich University in 1987 with a BA in History. After graduation, he was commissioned a Second Lieutenant in the United States Army and served with the 25th Light Infantry Division, Schofield Barracks, Hawaii. He graduated magna cum laude from the University of Connecticut in 1994 with a Masters of Public Affairs. He is honored to join the Fulbright recipients and is immersing himself in the UK’s police culture. He is studying critical incident management and the “Hydra” simulation system at the Peel Training Centre and Bramshill International Academy.
