Fulbright Project: Classical Languages and Literature, University of Oxford

Megan Miller was born in Richmond, Kentucky. After spending a gap year as an exchange student in Thailand, she enrolled at the University of North Carolina at Asheville. There she studied Greek and Latin Languages and was given the opportunity to learn Latin palaeography. Her work in Latin palaeography allowed her to attend a month-long medieval manuscript workshop at Georgetown University as the only undergraduate and later attend a Greek palaeography workshop at Oxford University in the summer of 2008. Megan graduated from UNC-Asheville summa cum laude and as the Manly E. Wright award recipient. As a Fulbright scholar, she will study Classical Languages and Literature at Oxford’s Lincoln College.
