Fulbright Project: Research the German Occupation of the British Channel Islands in World War II, University of Leicester

Kenneth Jones was born in Badd Cannstatt, Germany, to American military officers. He has earned two Bachelor's degrees, one in history, with a special emphasis on gender and sexuality, and the second in theatre arts. He is a published author who continues to write for a local arts and life newspaper. He is currently studying Spanish and hopes to learn Welsh. He is an avid reader and loves rock climbing. As a Fulbright scholar, he will study the German Occupation of the British Channel Islands in World War II, particularly the ways in which the event has been remembered and commemorated.
