Fulbright Project: Effective development and implementation of dispersed FMIS solutions, Harvard University, Kennedy School of Government

An accountant, Fiona is Director of Technical Implementation for Account NI. Fiona is keen to research the development of financial and management information solutions (FMIS) that will support the accounting programme and provide the most significant value for the wider NI civil service. Whilst in the US Fiona’s research looked at existing FMIS solutions within large scale US business and government organisations to identify key elements of good practice.
